This room overlooks the back of the building and is fully carpeted (the only room in the house with a fitted carpet, apart from the stairways and landings!). It has the usual power points, radiator, ceiling light and sash window and is in reasonable decorative order. In common with the other two bedrooms on the second floor, it's big enough to take a double bed, but is better deployed as a single bedroom, leaving plenty of space over which to spread one's toys.
