At the end opposite the entrance to the Playroom / Office, there is a very large storage cupboard on the right (shelved), and WC / utility room on the left. There is a toilet and handbasin in the utility room, along with plumbing for a washing machine. We keep the washing machine and a huge old filing cabinet in the utility room, so adding a shower unit would probably not present any insurmountable problems as the plumbing and space are already there.

There is a smallish side window with what I believe is known as "obscure" glass, power points and a light-pull.
